Anna Pirveli, MS, LMHC

Anna is a licensed psychotherapist who works with diverse populations. She meets clients where they are in their life journey and offers therapeutic experience tailored to their individual needs. Anna provides a safe,

non-judgmental and compassionate space so that her clients can learn how to be kind and accepting of themselves. She has several years of clinical experience in working with individuals who are dealing with a variety of mental health issues including depression, anxiety, stressful life events, loss and grief, and relationship problems. During a therapy session, Anna’s goal is to achieve a balance of active listening, homework, reflection, feedback, problem-solving, and goal-setting. She believes that it is equally as important to address the past, as it is to address the present and the future. She believes that her diverse experience and genuine enthusiasm for helping others will allow her to help a client feel understood as they learn to navigate complex emotions and life stressors. In her personal life, Anna is a mother of two. She enjoys traveling and cooking with her family.

Fatima Mehmood, MS, MHC

Fatima is a Mental Health Counselor who believes therapy can be a powerful force when one is ready and willing to bring about change and healing. She is rooted in psychodynamic psychotherapy however she tailors her therapeutic treatment based on your individual needs. She works with children, adolescents, and adults on a wide range of topics. This includes managing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, major life changes, and childhood trauma. Fatima will work collaboratively with you to ensure that you identify and build on strengths, explore different pathways in managing challenges, and work on creating a more positive, and gratifying life. Her goal is to create a safe and healthy environment for growth and change to transpire and ultimately provide guidance, and support to help navigate through life’s challenges. In her personal life, Fatima enjoys reading murder/mystery books, spending time with her 1 year old Golden-doodle, Toby, and loves caring for house plants!

Brianna is a mental health counselor who believes that through therapy, every person has the ability to become their best self. Brianna has experience in private practice and working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds. As a cognitive behavioral therapist, her goal is to help you recognize and change negative thoughts and behaviors for a happier and healthier life. Brianna utilizes techniques from different therapeutic approaches to tailor specifically to her client’s needs. Brianna believes in working as a team with her clients to find the best possible path for healing. She places great emphasis on creating an empathetic and comfortable environment for her clients. In her personal life, Brianna enjoys reading, listening to music, and playing with her dog Winter.

Margaret Bailey, MS, MHC

Margaret is a mental health counselor who uses a holistic and therapeutic approach to inspire her clients to a journey of a better life. She has experience working with adolescents and adults in clinical settings, struggling with a variety of mental health matters. Clients can expect a non-judgmental environment and a process of working collectively toward healing, and emotional strength. Her work is in the psychodynamic approach and each session is person-centered, individually tailored to the client. She has additional experience in cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness methods. She believes through an empathetic environment, clients can work towards a positive mindset through focusing on their unique needs and individual goals. In her personal life, Margaret enjoys hikes with her dog, beach days, and a good cup of coffee.

Aleicia Alexander, MS, MHC

Aleicia is a caring professional with over 10 years of experience in the mental health field. She believes everyone should have a safe and healing place to work through life's difficulties without judgment.

Most of her career has focused on working with adolescents, adults, seniors, and their families to help them thrive through a strengths-based approach; assisting and supporting clients to be the 'author of their own lives'. Aleicia uses various therapeutic interventions to help her clients manage difficult emotional obstacles, including CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), Solution-Focused therapy, and supportive counseling.

Aleicia's therapeutic approach is to provide support and counseling to help clients effectively address personal life challenges. During the serious work of therapy, she seeks to find hope, joy, and humor, and a renewed enthusiasm for life.

In her personal life, Aleicia is a mother and a wife who enjoys reading, fitness, and traveling.
