Jillian is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been in the field for over 6 years and holds CASAC credentials for substance abuse counseling. She wholeheartedly believes that no two people have had the same experience, and that everyone deserves to be treated with unconditional positive regard. When people are struggling, or just feeling "stuck", there are adjustments that need to be made to make everyday the best day possible. Jillian welcomes her clients to explore those struggles or feelings in a safe and nurturing and environment.
Jillian combines several different therapeutic approaches, customized in a unique collaboration to develop a treatment plant to best serve the needs of her clients. She assists her clients to become motivated to make the desired changes in their life, develop coping skills, and become more self-aware and confident, enabling them to attain their goals.
