These sessions are 45-55 minutes and are weekly for at least the first 6 months of treatment. 


Our Individual Psychotherapy sessions are right for you if…

    • Family and/or Marital problems

    • Employment problems

    • Social issues 

    • Feeling “stuck” and not thriving


  • You plan on attending weekly sessions and you are ready to commit to your personal growth 


  • You are comfortable with goal focused therapy. All of our therapists have the utmost respect and empathy for our clients, but we will not sugar-coat your crap. Just like a good workout at the gym, sometimes a good therapy session will hurt a little. Growth is not comfortable, but our therapists will help you through the struggle and you grow.


  • You are ready to take accountability for your actions and be in control of your life. Our therapists will help you discover the emotional and mental obstacles that are preventing you from living your best life. Together, you and your therapist will make a plan to overcome those obstacles. ​
