These hour-long weekly sessions run in 3-month blocks. This group is to help people supercharge their progress and offer structured support to help facilitate lasting changes. Group sessions can be done in conjunction with individual sessions, it is recommended but not required.  Based on habit changing and DBT (dialectical behavioral therapy) principles, these groups are guaranteed to result in a better quality of life for all members who actively participate. We also have prizes and raffles to reward your hard work, because fun is important too!

 

Our Group Counseling is right for you if…

 

  • You are struggling with any of the following;

    • Anxiety, Depression, Mood disorders, Trauma 

    • Bad habits that you wish you could change

    • Feeling “stuck” in a toxic job/relationship/situation 

    • The desire to live a better life but not knowing how to do it 

    • Coping skills or emotional regulation

    • Self-esteem and confidence

    • Identity development

    • Social issues or problems making friends

    • Future planning

  • You are tired of feeling depressed, anxious, angry, or unfulfilled and you are ready to take control of your life and commit to your personal growth.
     

  • You plan on attending weekly group sessions for 3 months. You are willing and able to activley particiapte in the group to gain new life skills.
     

  • You are ready to get excited about the new changes in your life and network with like-minded people.
