Adrian has experience in clinical counseling as well as clinical research and mental health education. As a solution-focused psychotherapist, her goal is to help you to uncover the obstacles that are preventing you from living a life of happiness and fulfillment. By applying complementary therapy approaches, Adrian will work collaboratively with you to address non-beneficial behavioral and thought patterns that are holding you back.

In her personal life, Adrian is a mother of 4 and enjoys hiking, gardening and healthy cooking.

Rachel Hartman, MS, LMHC
Rachel is a Licensed Psychotherapist with experience over the past 10 years in a variety of settings. She believes in providing a safe environment; free from judgement with an open-minded approach. Rachel tailors her approach to suit you and your needs by combining Mindfulness, Self-Compassion, and Cognitive Behavioral approaches to address a range of clinical concerns. Rachel collaborates with her clients to join them on their journey to self-compassion and personal growth while providing techniques to assist in day to day life. She believes that therapy is very much a path of self-discovery and would be honored to walk with you. Rachel strives to provide the best therapeutic experience that she can. She believes in making therapy fun and tempers this fun with strong empathy to make the experience an enjoyable one for every client. Rachel aims, with each client, to make them feel heard and to understand they are not alone. In her personal life Rachel is an avid painter, enjoys music, and will always say yes to an iced coffee.

Danielle is a psychotherapist with 14 years of experience working in the mental health field. She utilizes therapy approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), reparenting therapy, and mindfulness-based methods in her scope of practice. Danielle’s area of interest include anxiety, depression, relationship issues, women's issues, family issues, parent training, self-esteem, and life transitions. Danielle takes into account each client's unique needs and preferences and will collaborate with you to reach your therapy goals. She values having an authentic connection with her clients. Danielle finds that with the support of a therapist, clients have the ability and power to heal themselves. She likes to be transparent with clients about her approach and techniques, and how they can be helpful. Personally, Danielle is a mother of two. She enjoys practicing yoga, riding her bike, taking walks with her Black Labrador, Rosie, and tending to the newest additions to her family, her “backyard chickens”.

Jillian McManus, MS, LMHC
Jillian is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who has been in the field for over 6 years and holds CASAC credentials for substance abuse counseling. She wholeheartedly believes that no two people have had the same experience, and that everyone deserves to be treated with unconditional positive regard. When people are struggling, or just feeling "stuck", there are adjustments that need to be made to make everyday the best day possible. Jillian welcomes her clients to explore those struggles or feelings in a safe and nurturing and environment.
Jillian combines several different therapeutic approaches, customized in a unique collaboration to develop a treatment plant to best serve the needs of her clients. She assists her clients to become motivated to make the desired changes in their life, develop coping skills, and become more self-aware and confident, enabling them to attain their goals. Michael DiForti, MS, LMHC
Michael is a licensed mental health counselor with over 11 years of experience. Using compassionate and a person-centered approach he will utilize a client’s strengths to manage a range of issues. Michael has experience working in behavioral health clinics with adults, adolescents, teenagers, and couples. Michael uses compassion, empathy, and above all will make the person feel heard. He will work with you to help manage a range of issues such as overwhelming anxiety, panic attacks, depression, loss, life skill, or OCD. Kyle is a Mental Health Counselor educated at SUNY Old Westbury. His focus is on anxiety, depression, interpersonal relationships, and daily life stressors. Kyle will help you determine your therapeutic goals and guide you towards those goals, in a way that feels the most natural. He uses person-centered and solution-focused approaches, where one can discover oneself while exploring strengths to reach one’s therapeutic goals. He believes that everyone deserves and is capable of extraordinary things, we just need to remove blockages that tell us otherwise. As a Reiki Practitioner, he tends to keep the energy of the room light, non-judgmental, and open for clients to express themselves fully. Kyle is a lover of paddle-boarding, creating art, being in nature with his corgi, and lots more.
