Lindsay Fernandez, LMHC

Lindsay is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor who supports individuals and couples through the moments in life when everything feels heavier, messier, or more uncertain than it “should.” She works with people who look like they’re functioning on the outside but feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or lost on the inside; people who wake up already tired, who feel tension sitting in their chest all day, who keep replaying conversations in their head, or who find themselves withdrawing from the world because it all feels like too much.  In therapy, she brings a warm, grounding presence and uses person-centered and emotion-focused approaches to help clients slow down, understand what’s happening beneath the surface, and make sense of their inner world without judgment. Outside the therapy room, she is a mother, writer, and advocate for grief-informed mental health care.
